TIME: 12:15 to 2:00 p.m.
Location: Faculty Lounge, East (adjacent to the Library on the 2nd Floor)

We are having a potluck (please bring a potluck item to share) and Volleyball-esq games on the quad…

We’ll set up the food in the faculty lounge adjoining the library (2nd floor) and depending on the
weather eat in the lounge or outside. You may drop off your food item at the faculty lounge anytime between

8:45 am and noon or just bring it to the faculty lounge at 12:15 pm when the breakouts end.
What should I bring for the potluck?

If you love to cook, please bring your own special dish of your choosing. Please bring enough to feed six to eight people.
If you aren’t sure what to bring then:
a. If your last name ends in the letters A to C please bring a dessert.
b. If your last name ends in the letters D to M then please bring a main lunch-type dish.
c. If your last name ends in the letters N to Z then please bring a side dish.
What about napkins, plates, etc? You are welcome to bring your own cloth napkin, cutlery, a cup, and
a plate. We will have available as well papers plates, cups, and plastic cutlery.
